Hare Krishna and Welcome to all,

I am working on original content for the forum.

All forms of Yoga are open for discussion.
If anyone wants to create a forum for a specific form of Yoga do send in details and I will create the group.

Also it is important that you donot openly discuss confidential techniques for benefit of all concerned. Please follow your Guru-Disciple method and keep private methods to yourself.

What you need to discuss is the Philosophy, the Purpose and how it has helped you.
